Configuration using SugarCRM Community Edition

CentralPoint configured a highly customized version of SugarCRM Community Edition for a large school at a large community college in Utah.  The school is organized to provide training and services to the professional and economic development community.  The needs for managing client relationship through sales and marketing processes varies widely by department and division. 

The customized version of SugarCRM includes such features as:

  • Automated follow-up tasks,
  • Newly created module for handling a unique 40-step sales process and government reporting requirements, and
  • Integrated email and website campaigns,
  • All custom reporting.
